Cancellation provision of these terms and conditions apply to this
cruise, regardless of any representations made by Carnival Cruise Lines,
whether in it ticket contract terms or elsewhere.

Everyone cruising will be required to bring a valid passport . Failure to do so will be denied boarding of
the Carnival Destiny. In addition, names listed above should match that on a passport.

Cruise Information
All rates are per person and based on 2 to a cabin. These prices include cruise fare, port charges, documentation
fee, taxes, meals, entertainment, and activities. First and second person in cabin each pay from double rate
column. Rates do not include airfare, transfers, gratuities or optional cancellation insurance. Failure to appear for
embarkation for any reason constitutes a cancellation subject to full penalties
